We stayed here for two nights while traveling to Orlando for the weekend. We live in Florida and booked this hotel through Expedia about 2–3 weeks in advance. We reserved a suite with two beds and ended up on the third floor with no elevator — not ideal, but it is what it is.
Check-in was a bit frustrating. I gave my name, phone number, confirmation number, and even showed my Expedia booking, yet the front desk couldn’t find our reservation for a while. I was even asked if I had just booked the room that day, which I hadn’t. After about 20 minutes, it turned out the booking was under my last name — which I had already provided initially. I understand systems can be weird, but the process felt unnecessarily awkward and the service could’ve been a bit more friendly or welcoming, especially in a tourist area.
The room itself was okay. Beds were decent but not the most comfortable, and the shower water pressure wasn’t great. It’s an affordable option compared to many Orlando hotels, so you do get what you pay for. The location was convenient for a short stay, which was a plus.
We didn’t try the breakfast, but we heard from others that it isn’t very good. One downside was the mini fridge being hidden inside the dresser — we actually forgot our food and drinks when we checked out because it wasn’t visible, which I didn’t love. On the positive side, I did like the blinds in the room for added privacy.
Overall, it’s an affordable and convenient place for location.
