Staff was very friendly and kind. Very helpful and always answered phone on the first ring. Cleaners were kind and did amazing. Beds are very uncomfortable my entire party had back pain. Chris at the front desk was very kind and courteous he is a 10/10

Rooms are entirely too dark, even with all the lights on. The floor smelled like a bunch of smokers were staying there, even though it was non-smoking. My view was horrible. It faced highway (noisy) and overlooked the dumpster area.

The pool was brilliant except the hot tub jets didn't work. Exercise room had new equipment but a bit small. Rooms too. The Wi-Fi either didn't work or wouldn't work on my old tablet. Phone worked fine.
