We loved our stay at the Sheraton. They have programming for kids during the day near the pool which they loved. Clean, super friendly staff accessible via text from your phone. The rooms are nice. If you can, ask for a room that isn’t joined to another by the door. You can hear the kiddos in the next room which was disruptive (and we have kids too).

4pm check-in, 10am check-out — ridiculous. Room wasn’t cleaned daily. False Disney shuttle advertised on Expedia — wasted my vacation dealing with customer service and extra costs. Wi-Fi was a nightmare. IT guy did nothing but tell me to call the provider myself. Felt like working on my holiday. Terrible service all around. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Nunca le recomendé este hotel a nadie muy sucio. Los empleados son latinos no quieren hablar español. El cuarto tenía pelos por todos lados. Las sillas sucias no se los recomiendo a nadie

We did not eat on property. We were asked several times to attend a time share presentation which we firmly declined. Our first room we were given was awful. The door had a gap in the bottom and on the hinge side that let in light, sound and bugs, could hear every drunk and loud person at all hours of the night, the carpet had gaps in it along the metal stripping so we could not even let our 16 month old grandson on the floor because even when we stepped on it we would nearly trip or have shooting pain up outlets foot and leg, the dish washer didn’t run proper cycles and never cleaned or sanitized the dishes, the closet door in the hallway was off its track, the stove was ancient. Overall the unit never should have been rented out, its was very old and rundown. Stay away from the Belle building 2 area, it’s awful. We also never received any house keeping service despite it being at 6 night stay. They finally moved us on day 4 to another unit in another building which was better but again could hear all the noise and traffic in the newer building ans it took way too long to decide to move us. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here, the experience was awful.
