Very chill location. Beautiful room, beds are comfy. Staff is easily to communicate with and very accomodating. They even have a full daily itinerary for you and your kiddos to enjoy right at the resort. Definitely looking to go back !!

Loved it

We stayed in the Key West section of the resort and it was great! There was construction going on nearby but only during the day time and we spent those at the parks. The area was quiet with plenty of close parking. The elevator went out one of the days which was a challenge, but it was repaired by that evening. The room was perfect... clean, plenty of space, everything we could need was there. The pools were great. The main pool was more crowded but still not unreasonably so. The pool in Key West was quiet and mostly adults, which was perfect for us. Great location for the parks. Very close to Disney and not too far from Universal. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

I called ahead asking about resort or hidden fees before booking. They said none yet when I arrived I was charged $25/night parking. 2 EV chargers on entire property and one is broken. Not very thrilled and def won’t visit again or consider ownership here. We also didn’t appreciate the repeated calls and texts asking us to attend timeshare presentation.

Stayed in bella section which has not been updated, but closer to the main pool & restaurant. 1 Br with balcony apt. Apt was clean, provided the essentials, but definitely dated. Bed wasnt very comfortable. Main pool area is great, large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, smaller quiet pool. Went to restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Dinner was worth it, basic burger, wings, sandwiches etc. Fair price. Breakfast was over priced. $34 before tip for 2 small pancakes w/ 2 slices bacon, 2 small pancakes w/ 1 sausage patty, 1 coffee, 1 milk, 1 oj. Honestly get better pancakes at mcdonalds for less money, but it was convenient not leaving the resort. Convenient market place to buy a few essentials, but prices are insane! $5 for 2 hostess cupcakes lol! Very convenient having washer/dryer in the unit.

Huge hotel complex. Rather in the middle of nowhere so not convenient for dinner options. Staff were unbelievably unhelpful in not resolving issues around pool showers not working so ended up on an overnight flight without being able to shower after a morning round the pool. Loads of spare hotel rooms available but wouldn't make one available as would then need to clean the room! Avoid

We had a great stay at Sheraton Vistana in Orlando! The resort is beautiful, spacious, and full of amenities that make it perfect for families. We especially loved the games and activities at the pool — such a fun way to relax and keep everyone entertained. The property felt very well-maintained. The only downside was the $25 per night parking fee, which felt a bit on the expensive side. Still, overall the resort provided a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider staying here again for a future Orlando trip
