The rooms are spacious and kitchen well equipped. The late check in at 4pm with room not ready until after 430pm. When getting car parking pass, salesperson is pushing to get you to go to breakfast to buy vacation ownership. Check out is too early at 10 am and maid already knocking at door. The place should not charge a resort fee since there is not much going on for such a fee.

After reading other prior review's it seems as though the property was under renovation. It’s really nice now, granite countertops and clean. I haven’t had any complaints. I live in Orlando but renovating home so I’ve been here for about 3 weeks. I’ve stayed in 3 different buildings because i only booked a week at a time. Every building has the same level of cleanliness etc. I’m solo for this but would be a great place for family. It’s like an apartment. Can’t go wrong.

Loved this place!!

It was amazing with 2 boys one of the age of 17 and an 9 yr old it was fantastic. The resort had atctivites planned all week for in the pool and game room. I tell you my kids loved it. The staff was so kind and helpful. Forgot to mention that they also have a business room to use computers, and a gym. We really enjoyed the stay here. I not gonna lie does need more updated furniture but other than that it still accomplished its purpose. For the price and location it was great. So close to Disney and to stores and restaurants. Even though we had no need to go out we had our own kitchen and they had kitchen to purchase food from. We only went out maybe twice once to grabe groceries for the week and he other to go buy souvenirs and that was it.

The 2 bedroom unit was very large. It was clean and comfortable. No paper towels though. We had to use cloths provided which is fine. The pool was great. They had lots of games for the kids and movies too. Free snowcones. There are a ton of places to eat and shop. I was there with 2 female friends to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time.

Loved everything about it but not the check in. I had to ask for a map of the place so I could know where everything was. Basically No info was given of the resort or what was near by. I had to ask. Also the resort did not include transportation or breakfast as it was advertised online.

this is such a dated property. was approached by the 19 year old that provides parking passes who proceeded to let me know how stupid i was to not want to sit through a potential buyers meeting. after he would take no thank you answer for the 3rd time, i set about showing him how i could purchase 3 currently listed homes in orlando area and convert them into rentals for what i would spend in the fees. i had 4 couples approach me afterwards and than me for the information.

I loved it. A beautiful resort! Things to improve upon...plz don't spray Round Up in pool area while guests are there. Roundup has been banned in Europe because it is toxic and is a known cancer causer.So why you are still using it is beyond me! Especially around guests! Angel was exceptional, professional and very helpful! Best employee there!

We had an amazing stay. The staff at check in was very polite and quick. The room was very clean and big! The pool area/hot tub was very nice. We would definitely stay again! We did get suckered into the timeshare presentation and got lied to about that but that is on that representative and company.

It was a barely acceptable stay - we won't be staying there again. It is a time share property and they do try to entice you to sit in on their 90 minute presentation. No thank you. The room was satisfactory and relatively clean accept for the upholstered furniture (yuk). The store/grill-cafe was a bit underwhelming - it felt very cluttered, old, and not very clean, but the sandwiches we braved the 1st night were good. The furniture in the room and lobby have seen much better days, for sure. The chairs in the lobby are peeling/flaking and the pull out couch & upholstered chair in the room was stained and dirty. The staff was not rude, but not overly welcoming. The room's balcony would have been a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning, but smokers must have been on a balcony near us and the cigarette smoke was overwhelming. At night, two adults were sitting in the pool area (which was well kept and pretty) having a discussion and smoking pot. Not a very family friendly place to stay. The rate was reasonable - I guess you get what you pay for applies here.

I think oir room is one that hasnt been renovated. I would say they need to invest in new mattresses so you dont feel like you are gonna be swallowed into it cause its that worn. And same go for the very lumpy small sqaure pillows. And just needing to double check the little details. It is a very convienent to disney animal kingdom and other disney properties.
