Cozy fenced house

Great enclosed yard for traveling with pets with no worries about having to walk them through an unfamiliar neighborhood. Well-kept house, great communication with the rental team, responsive to requests related to arriving later and staying longer. Thanks for everything.

Good Location but needs some refreshing

The house was fine for our 2 week getaway to warm weather. Furnishings are pretty dated and worn out and they provide very limited supplies as stated in description. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms so we ended up buying a few cheap ones at Walmart. The master shower also needs to be recaulked as it is pretty mildewy and the living room furniture was quite worn. Fenced in backyard was nice for our dog and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio. We did not use the pool so I can't comment on that. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to be close to a couple inexpensive 9 hole golf courses and there is lots of new commercial development in the area so plenty of shopping/food.

Excellent stay

Very nice property. It met our needs. Specifically, the fenced in yard and ability to bring our 2 dogs. Many stores in close proximity to easily grab anything you might need. Walmart, Lowes, Publix are all 7-10 minutes away. It’s 20 minutes from some of the Disney gates and 35 from Universal. Nice and clean pool. We used it almost every day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. The home has everything you’d need to get you going. My sons did not want to leave.

Summer getaway

The property was everything as listed and looks even better in person perfect location if you are staying to visit parks. Short drive. Fenced in Back yard for pets and very quiet neighborhood
