From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the hospitality and attention to detail. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay special. The check-in process was quick and effortless, and I was even greeted with a complimentary welcome drink — a lovely touch after a long trip. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and thoughtful extras like bottled water, a coffee machine, and plush bathrobes. The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a great selection of hot and cold items and excellent coffee. The location couldn’t have been better — close to local attractions but still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, and the concierge gave fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, this hotel provided one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. I can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be returning on my next visit!

We stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport and convenience for our early flight the next morning. We saw multiple live bugs in the room and not a pleasant experience.

The first room they put us in wasn’t clean. Had chips on the floor leftover from previous guest, bugs on the floor and cigarette burns all on the carpet. The second room was clean and smelled great

We stayed for a week, no refunds allowed and for a reason, they know it’s not the best place to stay. Pros Big rooms, clean beddings and towels front desk, cleaning ladies are wonderful Cons Rooms need work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, glass door on shower cannot close so water goes everywhere when you shower, Breakfast during the week is very slim options, on weekends they throw more to make it appealing. Parking is limited Po was dirty, even had a fish net in it and not sure why or how a fish net got there. They cleaned it after we mentioned something to Expedia. Laundry room dirty, one dryer was broken, and the other was maxed with quarters so couldn’t use it the photos of the lobby are misleading.
