In addition to access to resort-style amenities on-site, you'll appreciate the proximity to Disney parks and attractions, within a 10-mile radius. This home is an absolute GEM! THE PHOTOS do not do justice to how gorgeous and spacious it is in person

- 7 Bedrooms (2 master suites)

- Within 20-30 min of all theme parks, great shopping, restaurants & the Orlando Int'l Airport

- Swimming Pool/Spa: $40/day extra charge for heating and must be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, The pool's maximum temperature is between 80-90*F. Pool heating is recommended from October through March, and be aware that during winter, the water temperature may not reach its full capacity and reimbursement will not be provided.

- Grill: there is a $30 cleaning fee to use the grill

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
