Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please load and wash any used dishes. The house keeper can empty the dishwasher.
Please also remove all items from the refrigerator, pantry and cabinets. Any trash over the 2 bag limit for the bench trash on the porch will need to be taken to one of the dumpster locations.
Please do not throw blankets on the floor. Strip and place used bedding in a pile. Place used bath linens in the tub

Clean and comfortable

The property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find. We didn’t use any of the club house features or pool since it was January but would definitely book again when visiting Orlando.

overall, we got what we paid for.

The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. Outside facilities needs a little TLC - floor needs repainting, hot tub needs maintenance, sun loungers need updating. At the moment not a very inviting space to spend some time. The resort was good, with very little to complain about, some of the sun loungers need replacing but everywhere was clean and well maintained. Perhaps sun loungers with a little bit more padding would really be appreciated.

Home away from home!

This unit was clean and inviting! It was the perfect place for our family to come back to after very long days at the parks. We had one day off from the parks and spent a comfortable day watching movies in the family room. It's a great location with lots of places to eat and close to grocery and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. When we arrived, the kids immediately went to the pool! Heather was a lovely host and I'm glad we booked her unit!
