Sleeping arrangements

Eight generous bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Six bathrooms provide ample space for morning routines and post‑park refreshes. All beds are provided with fresh linens, and towels are stocked for your convenience.



Indoor living

Two large living areas give you plenty of room to relax, watch TV, or enjoy quiet downtime. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while a dedicated workspace and reliable wifi let you catch up on work or plan your next outing. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, giving you everything needed to prepare meals. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you choose between a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner under the stars.



Outdoor living

Your private pool offers a refreshing escape after a day at the parks, and the surrounding patio invites you to linger as the evening cools. Resort amenities are just a short walk away, including a water park, lazy river, water slides, clubhouse, and additional recreation areas within Windsor at Westside. Outdoor loungers and a BBQ grill enhance the al fresco experience.



Neighborhood

Located in the Four Corners area of the Windsor at Westside community, the villa sits close to Orlando’s most visited destinations. Disney World is about 20‑25 minutes away, SeaWorld roughly 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes. Nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as easy access to State Road 192, US 27, and I‑4, make getting around simple.



Practical details

Free on‑site parking, additional street parking, and an EV charger are provided at no extra cost. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. Self‑check‑in with a keypad adds convenience, and the home is pet‑friendly for guests traveling with furry companions.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There are (2) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
