As you walk through the front door, the first room you encounter is the bright, open-plan living area with views of the pool and the adjoining kitchen and dining space, creating an ideal setting for socialising. The large leather L-shaped sofa invites relaxation, while the big Smart TV ensures everyone stays entertained. Laminated floors help keep the space cool on hot, sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of crockery, cutlery, and cookware, ensuring you have everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience during your stay.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to eight people and features another large flat-screen TV, perfect for gatherings and meals. This space is designed to bring everyone together, whether you're enjoying a family dinner or watching a game during your stay.

The private pool with extended pool deck is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort, preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This screening does not affect sunbathing. Surrounding the pool is a spacious patio deck furnished with numerous luxurious padded sun lounges. Under the lanai, you’ll find a dining set, perfect for meals or relaxing in the shade. The deck comfortably accommodates two families, ensuring ample space for everyone. Privacy is assured, as neighboring properties are well screened by fences, trees, and shrubs.

Pool and outdoor lighting create an inviting atmosphere for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. The villa is well-equipped with plenty of outdoor crockery to enhance your experience. For added comfort, pool and spa heating is recommended from October to April and can be arranged as an optional extra. Additionally, a removable pool fence is provided for your safety, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Located just off HWY27 at the junction of popular HWY 192 in Davenport Florida Esprit at Polo Park is an established community with wide tree lined avenues and a variety of luxury villas, set amongst the immaculately maintained 9 hole golf course. The resort is adjacent to the 600 acre Old Lake Davenport and conservation area, providing a tranquil setting where a boat dock and fishing are popular. The community features facilities exclusive to guests which include a community pool, tennis courts and basketball. Disney World Orlando is only 15 minutes away. Close to the 192, plentiful shops, restaurants and a 24 hr Wal Mart, this is indeed a great location to enjoy your dream holiday and take advantage of the attractions Orlando is famous for.
