Spacious Orlando south facing pool villa close to Walt Disney World

Our home is situated in the sought after quiet area of clear creek in Clermont, the location is only 5 minutes drive from major supermarkets and pharmacy's and around 20 minutes from entering Walt Disney World with Universal resort around 30 minutes drive, for the golf lovers there are several courses a short drive away.
The home sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms the Main bedroom is en suite with king size bed and walk in closet, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th and 5th bedrooms are twin rooms(two beds), all bedrooms have bedside USB charging outlets whilst most rooms have streaming TV with fast WiFi throughout. The living room has the main TV, telephone and DVD player with a roomy 6 seater dining table and also benefits from having the main alarmed sliding doors onto the south facing fully screened pool deck where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine anytime of the day with an unobstructed view of the scenic silver creek lake whilst taking a dip in the inviting pool or just relaxing on the sun-loungers, the pool can be lit in the evening with your choice of color or choose a changing light show it can also be heated on request for the cooler months of the year(additional cost will apply for pool heat).
The kitchen is well equipped with the usual full size cooker, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster along with a 4 seater breakfast table. There are ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms to circulate the cooling AC air.
The double garage has the washing machine and drier and also is the games room with a playstation 4 console, pool table, air hockey, and foosball.
For additional peace of mind there are security cameras fitted which record video only and monitor the front driveway area and view down the sides of the home from the front.
The home is a self catering however for your convenience on arrival a limited supply of bathroom tissue and soaps will be available in the bathrooms these will not be replaced during your stay and you will need to purchase your own supplies for the remainder of your visit.
The front entrance to the home is keypad operated so no losing or broken keys after maybe a long day at the parks or just returning from the local supermarkets or restaurants.
