Perfect for Disney holiday

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed the easy access to magic kingdom.

Great condo, lacked basic kitchen accessories

PROS: The condo is beautifully decorated, and each bedroom has its own bath making it great for groups. The pool area is gorgeous and spacious. The grounds are well maintained and the condo was clean. The outdoor grill and prep space would be incredible for a full meal. There was a short power outage so we only used the grill for breakfast that morning. Close to stores, Shipt availability, and Disney. CONS: The unit had an overpowering cigar smell. The kitchen has almost nothing to help cooking. No hot pads, hand towels, tinfoil, and minimal, partially broken cooking and serving utensils. The ice maker needs repair or replacement. Having stayed in nearly 20 short term rental properties I’ve come to expect basic offerings and rules that may vary some, but usually are similar across the board. This property was stocked like a hotel room sans coffee, not like a typical rental. I always expect to purchase all food, and know I can’t leave any. But they typically have all had very basic essentials like oil, salt and pepper, tin foil, Saran Wrap, or at least containers for leftovers, spatulas, etc. In a kitchen that large, it was surprising that the pots and pans were in such rough shape, and that there were no hot-pads at all. Overall, I loved the unit and property and would stay again. The price was incredible, the location convenient, and the pool was fabulous. I wish I’d known it was stocked like a hotel suite though, instead of a typical vacation rental. If you’re looking at this particular unit, either plan to dine out/order in or make sure you bring/buy everything you’ll need to prepare food.

Good location for Disneyworld

The good. 4 bedrooms with each one having a full bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to Disneyworld parks. The bad. The house had an odd odor that was tough to get past, and all belongings once arriving back home had taken on the smell. There was only one hand towel and 2 wash cloths provided for each bathroom which meant you had to do laundry if you wanted clean ones for each day. No salt, pepper or any other kitchen basic seasonings. Bare minimum for paper goods and garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher soap, so better plan to buy more. Because of odor and having to do laundry for clean towels I would not return to this listing.
