Where do I start? No early check in, no shuttle to Universal like Expedia advertised, barely warm water for shower, got it fixed, but was barely warm again next morning and that evening as well, so not hot shower, finally changed rooms for second night, had hot water, but barely any water pressure. Check in staff could do nothing but credit me measly 5000 points to my Marriott Bonvoy account, manager not in until tuesday, will never use expedia again and will never stay at this Marriott again and am seriously considering doing away with my Marriott Bonvoy account, this hotel followed up on a bad stay at Marriott that i had in Navarre the last week of December

I was very disappointed in the room. It was out dated and had a musty smell. I was also very upset when I called for a late check out and they said it was full. I am a Marriott timeshare owner and fell like they could have accommodated us.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit worn out and the toilet and shower were leaking. The internet kept going out for hours at a time. It's a good location but the building needs some work.

Great location and amazing staff. However, 21,50$ for the parking per night that you have to pay via an mobile app, limited choices of food at breakfast and make sure to be there on time, staff is ready at 9;28 to close the doors at 9:30. Small dining area for the amount of customers. However, the person at the front desk Wilna help us with a request. Excellent customer service.
