The staff were great and the apartment was spacious, and there was s nice mini golf on site. However, there was no water slide for kids as advertised on expedia and the real disaster was no hot water for shower or tub. We contacted maintenance who said there was nothing they could do because the small water heater was shared between two units. After a long day of pushing the stroller around in Florida heat, the lack of hot water for a shower was a real deal breaker for us. Despite the other highlights of the property, I don't think we can stay here again. Parents be warned, you will not be able to give your kids a bath before bed after the pool and playground because you won't have hot water for more than 60 seconds.

Thus was my first visit. I loved the property. I loved the amenities. Food and bar pricing was reasonable and affordable. Initially my room needed re swept and mopped due to hair on the flloor, looks like was caught up in the mop from 1st cleaning. It was fixed immeadiately

There were items we decided to overlook and deal with after checking in as opposed to looking for a newer facility and leaving. It was disappointing in comparison to other places we’ve enjoyed on our Florida trips. It was manageable but we have stayed in more updated facilities for comparable costs. Our “Deluxe Suite”unit sinks filled, didn’t drain when brushing teeth, bed foot boards very visibly scuffed, decorative headboard shelf not clean, and it all felt a bit “dingy”. It was just okay. Out of a “good better best” scale it was just -good. We will look for something more modern in the future. The grounds and pool were decent and the staff were all very nice. There are nice walking trails to Water views and if you have kids it seemed super child friendly. We would recommend to someone who isn’t super particular about the room itself and perhaps aren’t spending any time in ( just sleeping) but we can also say there are better facilities in close proximity we will choose next time.

Need to replace managers/supervisor/maintenance

The front desk receptionist were amazing. That’s the only thing I can say good about this hotel. The toilet was running all night. I left for the day just to come back to the room with the toilet still running then I called to complain. They sent supervisor to fix which he didn’t know how to fix it so he needed a helper. Kept me awake until 1130 at night. Tub spout was leaking. Bad showerhead was clogged called to have replaced. They left the tub dirty. My wife came with my kids my son needed to sleep on the pole out sofa as soon as we pulled the sofa out to put sheets on there’s b black mold all underneath And on the mattress. The activities supervisor was very disrespectful and rude. When I asked for a manager to call me, no one calls so when I called to speak to the manager, he gave me the stupidest excuse saying that playing pickle ball On tennis court is prohibited because itis loud and Disturbs guests when they have a bar outside blaring music until 1130pm at night all across the lake in the complex that I am in building 12 and can hear the music all the way from my room which That kept me up And hard to sleep that is ridiculous.

When you make a reservation and you express that you are handicapped you ask for something you kinda expect it especially when you call 3 times to make sure it happens ! But one person a lady by the name of Tina a night auditor there went out of her way to move us closer and I appreciate her out all the managers there , she deserves a manager position as she showed dedication to me
