Parking was a problem at times, a few more pkgs of coffee would have been helpful. We had to leave the property to purchase a morning cup of coffee. And a few extra blankets would have been nice!

Front desk staff was amazing, although answering the phone not to well. Cleaning staff does not speak a single word of English so this is extremely challenging. Food options aren't bad but could have so more inclusive options. Spa has a segregated service so you can be totally comfortable without others seeing you. Staff at the spa were good.
