Hotel is transitioning from Comfort Inns and Suites to The Adventure Hotel....and then apparently to a Marriot according to the person at the desk. Desk person was very nice and helped all she could. The condition of the hotel, however, was run down, sad, and dilapidated.

Me and my family really loved our stay. The highlight was the staff and the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and nice. The hot breakfast was great which consisted of Micky waffles, sausages, eggs, and hash browns. There were also other things such as cereal yogurt, etc. The free shuttles to the theme parks (Universal and Disney) were very convenient. Everything is near. Shops and restaurants such as Burlington, Target, Walmart, Ross, Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Chick Fil A, McDonald’s and so much more were very close by and only a walk between 5-35 minutes. The only downside I would say is that the rooms were kind of outdated with wear and tear but I can see that there are some updates going on around the property so hopefully that’ll be fix in the future. Overall it was a good experience.

The stay was great people there were very nice and helpful especially Armando he is very nice. Breakfast was good especially because it saves you time and money and also the good detail of having fresh free coffe at any time at the lobby area was very convenience, the rooms simple but the bed was comfortable, the only suggestion is that for long stays the cleaning needs to be more efficient and often, the hotel looks in general clean and we love the location it was a great stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the rooms and bathrooms need upgrading, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the carpet.

I booked this hotel under the name Comfort Inn & Suites, but it was operating under a different name when I arrived, which was confusing. I had to change rooms three times—the first room had a faucet that wouldn’t stop running, and the tub floor shifted, making noise when stepped on. The second room had a leaking refrigerator that left a puddle on the floor. The third room seemed fine until I returned and found a roach near my suitcase. Breakfast was good but the same every day, and housekeeping never cleaned the room, only restocked towels and toilet paper. While staff did move me when issues were reported, the ongoing maintenance and cleanliness problems made this a disappointing stay.

The bedsheets were dirty, and we had to lay towels on the bed just to be able to rest. We were exhausted and didn’t have the energy to call the lobby for assistance. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning—period.

For the price we paid for one night stay because we landed a day before our resort stay….. the sheets were dirty n not changed from previous renter……. When I mean sheets dirty, I mean USED DIRTY….. completely disgusting…… ZERO rating from me, n the should of refunded my stay
