I am very upset. 1-With the Hotel 2-With Expedia The day before, I tried to cancel my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control, and despite having paid for the protection, they wouldn't refund my deposit. I find this very unfair, and I don't understand why I pay for protection.

The room, staff and the amenities could be improved. The room was clean but very noisy. We could hear every cough, sneeze and footstep all night. The size of the room was fantastic but updates are needed. We were not impressed by the staff. We arrived at 2:15 and were told we would have to pay to check in before 3. The staff said we could come back at 2:45. We had our two year old with us and would have really appreciated being able to check in 30 min early. Our experience was very reflective of what we paid but I would rather just spend a little more for an enhanced weekend.

We weren't able to use the tv due to us not having a remote control. We spoke to maintenance and he kept coming in to check and he would just say let me bring a remote and then wouldn't come back and then we would call him again and he would say the same thing. We told the front desk about this at 9am and it was never fixed. This happen a total of 3 times. The bath towels were dirty. The floor behind the bathroom wasnt cleaned. We felt very ignored by staff

The check-in experience was terrible. The room key didn’t work at all, and despite multiple attempts, the staff provided no real solution. They were unhelpful and even misled me about the manager being unavailable. The hotel smelled bad and looked dirty from the entrance. Because of this, we never entered the room and immediately decided to leave and book another hotel the same night.
