Great service and large rooms but showing a little

Very friendly staff and took care of a problem right away. The rooms are large with plenty of space but are definitely dated and the furniture is uncomfortable. The beds are newer and comfortable. The resort does have activities but I was never able to join any of them or the pool so I can not speak of them. The location is nice but getting out on the highway can be tricky at times, almost frustrating. I would stay here again without question.

We only stayed one night but the service was great, rings were amazing, clean, spacious and comfortable. Half the arcade games were down tho but o well. Nice little wildlife right out front, watched alligator and turtles swim around. Only 4 stars because we didn't get to enjoy everything but would give a 5 most likely. Well stay there again for our next trip.

Perfect for a Family Stay

This was a fantastic find! A 2000+square-foot condo at a place that was like getting a regular hotel room. The condo was great! Full kitchen and private laundry. Living room, dining room, breakfast bar, fireplace and a screened in balcony. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The facility has a game room where you could shoot pool or play foosball for free. There was a big pool and a hot tub. The Berkeley also has nightly security and was gated. The location is good. Although we drove everywhere they also offered a shuttle to the theme parks. This was such an outstanding place with great value that allowed our whole family to stay together in comfort for the entire week we were there. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Very nice. Few small issues. Found ants in our kitchen one morning (on the 5th floor)? Beds were nice but living area furniture was very uncomfortable and outdated. Front desk unavailable before 7am so had a small wait to check out. Pool and gaming area was very nice. Seems like they started building a nice place then quote like to stroll and the road was blocked off. Assuming they had plans for many more units and stoped building. Would have been nice to have access to the lake but there was none. Stayed in a few resorts in Florida all have bice things and not nice things. Overall a very nice and affordable place to stay.

We have stayed here several times. It would be great if they would give a special rate to travelers who come often. The units are constantly maintained. The location is good. Bring your own soap/hair products.
