Checking in. No one was at the front desk. Had to call out hello. The customer service was not great. No smile on the person's face. No professionalism. Didn't give me any paperwork on Wi-Fi or directing me where to go. I had to look on the map on the counter. Event in unit 244 in the bathroom to the left was very dirty. The wall very nasty. The room is beautiful that but that really upset me. The curtain never stayed closed for the shower. There was black stuff around the shower ring of the tub. Very unpleased. I will not book that hotel again

If you just want place to sleep then this hotel is good. It is old and has wear and tear. Room did not come with towels and we asked for three days with no luck. We purchased our own. Staff were not the nicest. The air conditioner worked well but it was leaking and the floor was soaking wet.

I can't rate the hotel or rooms since I prepaid for my room and when I arrived, I was told they we sold out. I told them I prepaid so I should have a room reserved and I was informed that it doesn't state on their website but it's first come first served even if you prepaid. So they will not guarantee you will have a room even if you prepaid.

The stay was okay . Upon arriving you have to pay 100 deposit I was not made aware of and the young lady at the front had a very poor attitude. I would book again but the staff makes me not want to book ever again . The day time ladies were very nice and housekeeping was also very nice and very nice to my children as well which I very much appreciate. Rooms are a little outdated but for the price it was fine . Remote had no batteries , so I go find the young lady ( rude one ) and ask about batteries and she is just like I don’t have batteries at this desk and have no information as to when to go find batteries at . Also they have breakfast of STALE croissants etc very basic very dry and they are tryna charge 10 a person for those is crazy .

Below average customer service which made me regret choosing this place from the first interaction... common courtesy would suggest a front desk attendent to at minimum use the words please and thank you. ... outdated rooms stripped of all amenities including even a coffee maker or phone... mold in the caulking of the shower... the a/c unit was so loud I had to sleep with my earbuds in. This was not a place worthy of an above 7 rating and that is why I chose the place and why I am leaving this review.

I really enjoyed staying at the Orlando Palms Hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and kind especially Baby! Anything that I needed they were always there to help. My family and I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.
