I Originally paid for "The Re-treat at Highlands Reserve" I was contacted by a third party "Grand welcome vacation rentals, which I assume is associated with Expedia. They told me that the Highland reserves that I chose was not available on the dates I paid for (Bummer). They gave me other options & I was actually able to upgrade to another location near by which was bigger & beautiful for same price. It all worked out well & we had a fantastic time!!! Things happen but I was very happy with the upgrade.
