Overall the property was very good and our stay was great. My kids enjoyed it very much. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. My only small suggestion is the couches and swimming pool chairs need upgrade. Other than that excellent place with friendly hosts and I will definitely book here in the future.

Nice stay and calm neighborhood

Everything in the house was good but we were surprised on few things. When we entered the house, the AC was turned off ( by mistake) and when I contact the management , they only responded the next day morning. We had to sleep at 80 degree F. The other issue in the house was , it was mentioned that only essential items are provided but I have never been any house where body wash and shampoo are not considered essentials. there were 3 bathrooms and only 2 small pieces of soap were provided to be for 4 days among 5 people. In the kitchen, it was mentioned some spices will be provided but except the coffee filter , we did not find anything in the house.

Great time in Emerald Isle

Stayed for 14 days, check in very easy, communication with the owners excellent and no issues with the property. Kids loved the heated pool and shops restaurants only a 19 minute drive.

Very pleased with location and place, a very safe and clean community.When we first entered the home, there was a musty smell and only improved somewhat during our stay. There are some deficiencies with housekeeping/maintenance, example: broken lounge chair and holes in the pool screen, also there was some grease dripping from the fans above the stove, furnishings are dated.
