The blinds in the room are broken and don’t close completely. Check in was quick and easy, though they apparently lost my paperwork and wrote my name in on someone else’s paperwork. They put a hold on my card for incidentals- but gave me no paperwork at check-in or departure. The room was clean but between the broken blinds and the door needing a new seal, there’s a lot of ambient light. If you need total darkness to sleep, you will need a sleep mask. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent (lots of lime scale that needs to be addressed on the shower head) but the temp was good. The shower came equipped with shower gel and shampoo, as well as a “vanity kit”’with a shower cap, one set of earplugs, makeup wipes and a black makeup cloth. The water pressure was also an issue for the toilet as we had to press and hold the tank button for it to flush completely. The smell of marijuana was heavy throughout the building despite signs saying not to smoke or vape in the rooms or common areas. We opted not to do breakfast there, but it was a made-to-order situation that was included in the cost of the room. Overalll not a bad stay- the building was quiet with minimal noise from the street or other occupants. Parking was plentiful but did not feel very secure. If you’re looking for a cost-effective option, this may be the place for you, but not sure that I would stay again.

The room. Our air conditioner kept leaking. My poor kid slipped and fell. Very out dated. The shower had no carpet or pad to step on and it made the tub very slippery nor did we have a mat for outside of shower. No phone in room to call room service you had to use your phone. Had a small kitchen area with cabinets sink fridge but wasn’t stocked at all. Not a single plate or cup. The only things I would say were good were the friendly staff and the breakfast. But we won’t be staying there again.

The room we stayed in was quite dirty and used. They were under construction, I also noticed upon leaving that one of the other rooms were quite nice as they had obviously been reconstructed and updated with new fresh furnishings. I found this out due to the renter leaving and the house keeping leaving the door open. This is the reason I choose to check the room prior to renting. Or another hotel. I would like to stay there again as the staff was cordial and the view was good. Hopefully ALL the rooms will be done by then.

Rooms have a really good space but the mattresses are really hard…..the windows needs to seal them up because I thought they were open and it wasn’t you can hear every single noise from outside, even the cars pulling up in the front and I was in the 4th floor. The breakfast are very good and fresh.

The property need a lot of work. The room was old, the pillows uncomfortable. The mini fridge was not working. There was not proper instructions to find the room. The electronic key give us issues to enter into the room. The AC unit was loud. Breakfast was served for hotel personal that take forever, very limited options, and the portions small. The staff was nice

This has to be one of my worst experience. Heading to the hotel after a long travel from michigan and getting told that the room is out in the motel buiding near the road has to be a nightmare. No micro oven, no bath tube and very low water pressure in the bathroom and so on. Wondering why expedia advertised this hotel as exceptionally good in the website. Woundn't recommend this place for stay at all.
