5 minutes to DISNEY - Thematic beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse, with a private back patio with spa, in the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort (right next to Old Town). New townhouse, with over 1400 sqft. Plenty of room to enjoy your family and friends, we even offer you and your guests a coffee and tea station, so please enjoy. Are you tired of the parks? You can still have fun at the home or at the Regal Oaks clubhouse (just a block away), which offers a cafe/restaurant, bar, a big pool overlooking a lake with 2 water slides, a spa, a gym, and a convenience store. Also, right next door to our home is a beautiful Tennis Court (Yes we have rackets) Snowbirds Welcome and remember, there are NO resort fees. (Pet Friendly - Pet Fee of $50 a night)

We had an amazing vacation here! The location was absolutely perfect, so close to all the things a family would want to do when in Orlando on vacation! The community pool/water slides/bar and restaurant were TOP NOTCH! We spent time there every day! The little arcade was also a surprise and my kids loved that! We visited that a few times! The house itself was spacious, comfortable and perfect for us. We had wished it had a few more basics to get us started such as a box of tissue and cooking oil to cook eggs for breakfast. Both of which we had to make a special trip out for. Before our trip I had asked for some kind of white noise for my kids to sleep with as they do at home and the owners arranged for sound machines to be delivered to the room. Thankfully the area was quiet so there wasn’t a whole lot of noise outside anyway to cover up. That was great! The owners were very quick to respond when I asked questions or let them know I found a few broken things in the house from the last guests. The only constructive thing I’ll say is that both doors to the property, front door and back slider, seemed very loosely locked. The front door had been broken in the past you can see that. And the slider barely latched so we rigged our own lock system to feel secure while inside. Other than that, great place!!! We had the best time!

Perfect option for our stay for a cheer competition and Disney park visits. Everything was clean and organized. Did not get a chance to use the amenities although they looked great! Property was close to all the venues we visited.

The home was in excellent condition, clean and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive to questions. The hot tub was a fantastic retreat after a long day at the parks. This home was the perfect home away from home for our trip! We will stay here again!

The hosts were very quick to respond to communications. We were able to stay a holiday week with our family dog. The private hot tub was a favorite of the adults while the resort pool was a kid favorite. The washer wasn’t working and the host communicated and had someone check on it immediately. A part was purchased and it was fixed the following day.

Mini staycation

What a gem! This was a last minute booking for my parents, my husband and I and our 10 week old baby. We wanted to find somewhere close to the parks, shops and restaurants and this ticked all the boxes! It was so well presented and Michael and Lisa made the whole process smooth and added some thoughtful touches, making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The pool on site was perfect too! Can’t wait to go back again!

Very nice

Very nice spot. Really enjoyed the hot tube, only down side was it should have had a privacy wall on both sides to where when you're in the hot tube youre not feeling exposed to neighbors but overall very nice. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed.

A lovely townhouse with terrific theming

This unit is roomy and well-furnished. It's a short walk to the pool and community area. But, the theming is truly top-notch. The two small bedrooms are themed with Lego and Animal Kingdom. Our kids loved playing with the Legos and looking at the collection of mini-figures. Meanwhile, throughout the house, there is tasteful Disney-inspired art and blueprints of well-known attractions at Walt Disney World. All in all, we loved our stay here.

This home was perfect for my family's vacation needs. Very comfortable and the hot tub provided great relief from walking around the parks. Teen approved internet service- not 1 complaint or moan of lagging all week! Extremely convenient location- very close to Disney parks and Orlando attractions. The start up supplies lasted most of our stay which was great and very much appreciated. Owners have been amazingly communicative and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great home away from home

My family of four and my small dog enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and we loved having the screened in outdoor area with the hot tub. Access to the community pool and the tennis courts were an extra bonus. The location is within twenty minutes to all of the area attractions depending on Orlando traffic. My husband would have liked a few more options of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!

The communication really shone, I had a million questions and Michael was very helpful, quick, and patient with me. The property was lovely and very convenient to all the fun in the area. The towels and bedding were hotel quality and we had all the soap, shampoo, and conditioner we could need. The outdoor area was so pleasant and screened so no bugs. I highly recommend this property!

Adult family stay for Universal & Disney

Pretty gated community, easy to find and designated parking spot within steps of the front door. I loved the creative wall art and rooms with attention to their theme. My adult sons tinkered with the Lego dresser each day. Something I never expected, it was a perfect fit for them. All the beds were comfy, soft sheets, lots of pillow and throw blanket options. Giant primary ensuite (bring bubble bath/bath bomb) and enjoy the over sized tub. Fans and good lighting in each room... So smart to have a light switch next to the bed! Towels provided for the large hot tub, held all 5 of us, with jets and fun lights. It was clean and private on a large screened patio with plenty of hang out space. Google tv was easy as we have it at home (easy system to organize tv apps). We didn't use the Xbox but we brought a Switch and hooked it up. Kitchen had all the pans/breakfast appliances needed. There is a blender, mr coffee pot and Keurig, bring a filter or some extra k cups. This host provided 10 to get me started... Almost lasted the week ;) Small air fryer is great for heating up leftovers instead of the microwave. We used the special waffle maker every day. (Packed a small Mason jar w/ veggie oil and one w/ syrup). Grocery and plenty of food very close. And OMG this home is across the street from the most food trucks I've ever seen in one place! What a foodie treat! We booked this placed because of the cute decor, location and the private hot tub. We were very pleased.

Great Vacay

This house was so perfect for our Halloween Horror nights trip. My husband and I brought 6 teen girls for our daughters birthday. The house was fantastic. It was tasteful and very well thought out. The location was 20 minutes from universal and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.
