Within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center. Lake Eola is very close by.

Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. A good value stay. Was nice and clean, we slept well. The building is old but has been updated. We loved the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and things to do. The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighboring units, but it didn't disturb our sleep so it was fine.

I loved how close we are from all the theme parks and beaches . The place actually has alot of space and a great kitchen to be able to save money and cook from home. If you are looking for an amazing place this is the spot for you.
