Our cottage rental was absolutely spotless! We have stayed in the cottages many times and are never disappointed. It is very close to all attractions and staff is always helpful and friendly. We will definitely keep coming back.

This was our 2nd time staying at Tropical Palms. We really enjoy it there. Check-in was quick and the cottage was clean and well stocked with essentials. The pool is heated so we still got to enjoy it even when the weather was on the cooler side. Everyone was friendly and we had the best neighbor. Thanks D for being so welcoming! We will definately be staying here again in the future.

My pet was welcomed. However when I checked in I was advised that there was a $175 fee for cleaning. It was not noted on the site. This is to be refunded as long as no damage was done by my pet. I am still waiting for the refund. I left the cottage spotless. Also I had a small motorcycle trailer that I could not park at the cottage site. So I was charged a storage fee off $100. Again this was not noted on the reservation site. I would not stay there again because of that. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great place to stay for families. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The mattresses in this unit were not really as comfortable as my past stays in other units, but it was bareable for only two nights.
