Very Disappointed!

I will never stay at a Tru Hotel again. It felt like a low budget hotel. VERY tight on the amenities. If you forgot to pack something, you’re out of luck on so many things. Even toothpaste! Don’t pack much, because there are extremely small closet.. A metal bar to hang maybe 5 pieces clothing. Very few metal hooks on wall to hang something on. Unpleasant odor coming from air conditioning when it was running. The floor was sticky! Ugh! They had a decent lobby to do some things, and a swimming pool. My room was tight to be in with suitcases, or bags. No freezer in the tiny fridge. I don’t know if this is common for a TRU hotel, or my room only. I won’t be finding out!!

Good location for the convention center. However, you’ll need a car or Uber to get to the North-South building, as it’s not within walking distance. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but housekeeping was disappointing. During our 4-night stay, they never came, and we had to ask the front desk three times just to get service and a fresh set of towels—on the last night of our stay.
