The hotel overall was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My only disgruntle would be the sugar ants in the bathroom that invaded my vitamins. The entry and the bathroom door are very heavy to open and we had a king bed with no extra blanket available.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The property was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I loved that the rooms were immaculate and carpet free, so fresh and clean with no “mystery rugs.” The breakfast spread was plentiful and satisfying, a perfect way to start the day. What really set this place apart was the lively atmosphere in the evenings. The nightlife here was so much fun, guests gathering around for foosball, pool, and board games, all while enjoying the vibrant ambiance. The on-site bar was a great touch too, complete with a bartender who knew how to mix up fantastic drinks. Location wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s just a quick, affordable Uber ride to Universal Studios, which made getting around super easy. Out of all my visits to Florida, this was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Between the clean rooms, fun social vibe, and unbeatable convenience, I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

There was an issue with our initial room and some broken blinds, my husband was hit in the head with a metal valance. He was okay but staff didn't handle it well and no management was available. Other than to offer us a different room he didn't much of even an apology. Checking out to find no management available the next day as well but the staff at checkout handled the situation with better professionalism and contacted the manager. Otherwise we had no issues and had a good stay.

This hotel was nice. It was clean and very close to the parks. It was a 10 minute drive to Disney Springs and City Walk. Overall not bad and it was very family friendly. The lobby was huge and it had a pool table, a foos table, and a bar right next to it. The only downside to this hotel was parking. Parking is $20 a day, so please keep that in mind.

Stay was only for a day. Hotel was nice and clean. But for me it was the door to enter the room was heavy and hard to open, same for the bathroom, no exhaust in the bathroom, no extra blanket, and we had sugar ants in out bathroom.
