The room was great and the staff were super friendly. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear the hallway and the room next door at times, but most guests tend to turn in early so it was not too disruptive. Housekeeping came twice a day, which was a nice touch. It is about an eight minute walk to Epic Universe, which is incredibly convenient, and the bus service to the other parks is generally very efficient. We will definitely be back.

Door Left UNLOCKED at Stella Iva Hotel Orlando – Great Epic Universe Location, But Major Failures! Stayed at Stella Nova Hotel for its unbeatable location right near Universal Studios Epic Universe entrance. The modern, beautiful architecture really stands out — sleek and stylish from the moment you arrive. Sadly, our 3-day stay was uncomfortable and concerning: The room’s air conditioning was impossible to control. Thermostat barely worked: room stayed hot and humid the whole time. Brutal in Florida! Bed linens arrived visibly soiled — stains that should’ve been caught by housekeeping. Worst of all: after a day at Universal, we returned to find our door completely unlocked and slightly ajar. Cleaning staff clearly didn’t secure it properly after servicing the room. Serious security risk — anyone could’ve walked in. Management & staff: fantastic potential with this prime spot and striking design, but these basics (AC issues, dirty linens, unsecured doors) ruined it and put guests in danger. Please fix HVAC, enforce strict linen checks, and retrain housekeeping on door security ASAP. Travelers: convenient for Epic Universe, but hold off until these critical issues are resolved. #StellaNovaHotel #OrlandoHotels #UniversalEpicUniverse #HotelSecurityFail #TravelWarning

Beautiful hotel and not crazy busy like Disney hotels. Lots of room at the pool and hot tub. Food is over priced at the hotel like everywhere in this area. I feel like is an on going problem for family’s as we have to pay double for regular food that is not that great.
