I've stayed at Cabana Bay twice a year for the last 7 years and have zero complaints. The Bayliner is a great stop for dinner after a long day in the parks. The pools are always a lovely temperature with plenty of chairs available. And the Hideaway Grill has some bomb food and delicious drinks.

I was a bit disappointed with the food offerings during my stay. The menu felt pretty limited, and the quality wasn't quite what I was hoping for - except for the omelettes, which were great!

Staff staying in touch, very friendly and approachable. The pool and lazy river was fun. They have a wide selection of pub grub and drinks. Ideal location when visiting the parks as they have direct buses to and from.

Cabana bay was wonderful! My first ever time staying on property and it was great. I loved the aesthetic of the whole hotel and it was very cozy coming back here after a full day at the parks. The buses taking guests to and from the park are extremely convenient and fast! Also- I timed the exact time it took us to get from city walk to the hotel in case anyone was wondering, it took us exactly 17 minutes. The walking path is very beautiful as well!

This is a great hotel, with great staff, and great amenities. It is family oriented and has lots to offer the traveler. Whether going to the parks or staying at the hotel, this hotel is top notch. I was here when it opened and it still has the level of service now.

We had a great stay at Cabana beach resort. Super convenient if you are planning on spending a few days at Universal studio, it s nice to have several breakfast options on site and jacuzzi / swimming pool.

Overall, we do not recommend this hotel. The experience was stressful and disappointing. Our experience was very disappointing. We were only given one key card for four people, which caused delays for early park access. After a long day, we returned at 11 PM and the key didn’t work. It’s about a mile from reception to our building, and after calling twice, we waited 35 minutes before someone came. My kids fell asleep on the dirty carpet, and the staff was rude on the second call. The food and service were poor, the rooms weren’t great, and my cousin found a cockroach in her room. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel.
