The experience overall was good but there were things for the amount of money we paid that I would have expected higher quality. For example our room - half of the door seal on the bottom was gone and you could see light. The rooms were somewhat outdated and the mattresses were horrible. Service was good and overall people were friendly which is the one great thing they have going for them.

An honest review.

This hotel has a great vibe. It is easy to get to and from the parks. The check in process was very long. There was 1 person working to check people in. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable! My son could not even sleep on it. We were told there were not any washcloths for us. The last 2 days we did not have clean washcloths. I was not impressed and will not be staying there again.

Love the decor and interior design of the architecture. The dining options are fairly similar within the resort so not a lot of variety. Staff is friendly but not urgently service oriented like other resorts-more laid back which can be a plus for some!

We loved our week long stay at Cabana Bay! Access to shuttles to the universal parks was awesome and so easy! Food was great, pool area was amazing! Would highly recommend!
