Not very handicapped friendly otherwise great

There needs to be a bench for disabled people to sit during the check in process if it's going to take 30+ to get checked in. The standing for that long did my back in and I could barely move the rest of the evening.

We had a nice stay. The food was excellent, and the staff, great. For a Loews property, I’d want a softer sheet set for the bedding.

great if you want to be near the parks

Great hotel if you want to stay close to the universal parks - the shuttle service worked well. The food was good at the hotel restaurant. Be aware if you want to be in the room more it might not be the hotel for you - its a very simple room bed, bath, tv nothing fancy. Pool was nice but simple.

We loved the hotel, the staff was kindly, helpful every time, they helped us with all the concerns that we had during our stay. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, it had all the facilities that the tourists will need. We will go back soon!!! We recommend this hotel, the experience is great!!!
