We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed, lots of room for our two families, and the pool and lazy river were a hit. Loved that it was away from traffic but still close to Disney. Would definitely recommend!

There was 7 of us ladies we each had are own bedrooms and bathrooms. We went over to lazy river and enjoyed are selves. The beds were comfortable. Didn't get to enjoy some of what the house offered. I would definitely rent this home again.

Well to start off the home was beautiful! However, the theater lacked the surround sound, there were nails or staples sticking out of the carpet in some areas (luckily the kids didnt step on them; I did), and the grill was described as "rusted out/ cant work properly" by a fellow guest who wanted to bbq. We also requested to extend our stay. When we got back from a long day at Universal Studios we were locked out. Customer service didnt respond. No way to contact the home owner. Luckily one of our guests left the back door unlocked so we got in 30 min later. Customer service called over an hour later. No apologies, just gave us the code and asked if we had other questions. If none of the ammenities matter this is a huge home and can accommodate alot of people.
