Newly built in November 2005
on the gated resort of Solana.

Luxurious air-conditioned 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa.

Swimming Pool:

The Pool area has open views and has a 26' x 12' heated pool with seperate jacuzzi. Around the pool is an extended decking area for sunbathing, provided for your comfort are 4 sun loungers and table with umbrella to seat up to 6 people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. Pool and jacuzzi heat is optional and has a charge of approximately $40/day including taxes.

Living Room / Dining Room:

A comfortable room for relaxing with ample seating including a 3 seater sofa and two 2 seater sofas.

The large dining table seats up to 6 people.

Family Room:

The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofa's and an entertainment centre comprising of a large screen cable TV, DVD Player, plus a CD stereo player. For your enjoyment we have also provided a Playstation with a selection of games for little kids and big kids. We also have a selection of board games and books.

There is access to the pool via patio doors.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook:

The spacious fully equipped Kitchen includes an American Style oven, Fridge with freezer compartment, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker.

Within the garage there is a utility area which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

Games Room:

A fully fitted games room with table football, full size pool table and air hockey game.

Wireless FiOS internet access available for use with your portable PC.

En-Suite Master Bedroom:

The room is complete with King-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer, separate spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a walk-in shower, corner bath, basin and toilet.

En-Suite Bedroom 2:

This room is complete with Queen-Size bed, nightstands with lamps, Cable TV, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe.

The en-suite has a bath with glass shower enclosure, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3 and 4:

These are each fitted with twin beds and have fitted wardrobes.

Host was welcoming and attended to issues we had in a very efficient manner. Due to heavy rainfall during our stay had pool issues which prevented us from using the pool.Suggestions: Replacement of the clothes dryer. Had to do couple runs to get clothes dry. Lack of set up items ex: toilet tissue, dish detergent etc. (1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom). For the cost providing these items to your guests outweighs the annoyance of your guests having to buy these items and ending up having to leave the unused behind.

The host was very accommodating to our stay. Very responsive. The house was perfect for what we needed! The pool was amazing, there were some things the house had that also was unexpected, like pool floats & a small stroller. Only downfall was one of our tvs in the bedroom did not work, and you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel. It’s not awful, but we ran out on the last day, and didn’t need to buy a whole pack for the last few hours of our stay. If we could get 2 rolls per bathroom, I think it’d be the perfect amount!

We had a wonderful time! The house is huge with everything you need. Lots to do on the days we didn’t go to the parks, game room and of course the pool. My 8 yo daughter had the best time. Communication with the owner was great, they responded almost right away. Will stay here again!!

We had a lovely, comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and what you would expect as a home from home (the beds are so comfortable). We had problems contacting the property manager but excellent communication throughout our stay with Murali who was an attentive host. We had a late flight home and Murali was very accommodating and gave us a late afternoon checkout which allowed us to relax before making our way to the airport. I would definitely book again .

Great Villa: clean, spacious and private

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Orlando. It was close to the Airport, Legoland and Universal. Everything was 30-45 minutes away. The villa had tons of room so we could spread out and relax after a long day at the parks. Loved the gated community and the proximity to stores/restaurants. It would be nice to have some basic cooking supplies (pepper and oil at the very least). Other than that we enjoyed our stay!!!

Our stay was June 12th thru 19th. Beautiful place,quiet neighborhood. And the pool was definitely bonus when you have 11 year olds. The only reason I held back on giving it a 5 star rating, was because there were no ceiling fans throughout the house. Ceiling fans would help circulate air at night, so as to a better nights sleep temperature wise.

Lovely spacious villa. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well presented. The pool area needed cleaning after hurricane Milton and the owners quickly organised this. We did book and pay for pool heat but unfortunately this wasnt working when we arrived nor was it fized for tye duration of our stay. The owners refunded us in full and paid an amount of compensation. We would recommend this property

Great Place to stay.

A lovely holiday home, especially for families with youngsters and teens with the addition of the games room as well as the pool. House is clean and well equipped however access to the online property guide was not available and there is nothing at the property providing local information, emergency information or appliance use instructions etc. however Marali and Becky were quick to respond to our messages and questions. Our drive to International Drive for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld and back again was about an hour each way, there was a lot of roadworks at the time of our stay early July 2024 which seemed to be the primary cause as we did experience long traffic queues so may be quicker or slower at different times of the day right now. The heating of the pool and spa is not included so beware of additional cost if you require it. The house is in a gated community with security and felt very safe and the area is kept extremely clean and tidy and quiet however we were surprised to be woken up at around 6-00am on the days the dustbins were emptied. Overall, this is great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it. For anyone visiting for the first time, we also highly advise to seek out the local Aldi supermarkets as prices are considerably cheaper than Publix and fresh produce is amazing!
