We rented two units. Unit 105 was very nice and the one maintenance issue we had was addressed promptly. The other unit - 410 had a mold issue. The room smelled horribly - even after the ozone generator was ran. The staff was responsive and moved us to a new room. The new room also had a mold issue in the shower ceiling and the smell permeated throughout the unit. We do not have the humidity of Florida in our home state so maybe this is not unusual. Unfortunately, the mold did make one of our rep's sick and she was unable to attend the conference. Again, the staff was lovely but some of these units need to address the mold issue.

Hotels.com as well as Orlando Resort Rental who manage property have terrible communication. They did not send me a confirmation or the check in information for my condo rental until I called at asked them the day of check in at 6:55 pm

The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for a family of 5. The pool area was great and the pool was well heated for January as well as the hot tub. It was a nice quiet safe area and a convenient location. We had a few minor concerns and the staff was quick to respond and did everything they could do to help immediately.
