THE STORY VILLA is bran new renovated , ultra modern villa .

The brand new STORY villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV with 100's of HD channels. WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.
Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

Property was not as pictured, it is serviceable but could use some touching up. Definitely a for profit corp. house. Location is very convenient, close to anything you might need. Host communication was very good, would stay here again.

Our stay at this villa was great. Everyone had a blast at the private swimming pool and hot tub.There were no instructions for the hot tub, but once I found the dials, it was pretty straight forward. One dial was for the pool lights and one was for the hot tub jets.

This was our first time in this particular house. We have rented from the same owner 2 other times but a different house. We did enjoy having the hot tub which we have not had the last 2 years. The layout of the house is perfect for our family of 9 which includes 4 adults and 5 children ages 2,3, 7, 10 & 12. The house was very nice but could use a “refresh” as it isn’t as nice as the other house we typically rent. It seemed a bit worn. The kitchen did not have any serving trays or casserole dishes and we like to cook meals for our family. The children did love their themed bedrooms! Overall, very nice house and the pool was nice for our rest days! I think we have become a little spoiled with past rentals as we’ve been using VRBO for our family Disney trips for the last 6 years. The location is perfect for all parks and the neighborhood was very nice!

Beautiful home! Great place for a family to stay. Large bedrooms and common area. Nice to have so many bathrooms for everyone to get ready. We were so busy at Disney that we didnt get to fully enjoy the game room and pool.

The pool and hot tub was good. A heated pool and bbq should be included in the cost of the rental and not an additional cost.Would suggest you have extra blankets for beds. More than one roll of bathroom tissue for each bathroom , all bathrooms should have body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. As well as hand soap dispensersBasic kitchen items should be available. Paper towel, plastic wrap, tin foil, salt and pepper.Would suggest getting an air fryer- family size.Thank you.

I can’t say enough about much we enjoyed our stay. The villa was close to Disney and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. Each couple and children had their own room which we loved the decorating. We only used the pool/hot tub once during our stay but it was nice as well. My granddaughter loved it. The only problem we had was the ice maker was broken and waiting a part but we were provided ice trays and the sectional couch kept scooting apart when we sat on it. The management company was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice home. Clean! Really enjoyed the pool and spa (our favorite spot) The living room sofa was not what was pictured and the rug wasn’t there. But not a big deal. Owners were very quick with responses. Many essentials provided. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent House

The house was wonderful and matched the pictures and descriptions. We paid to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. The hot tub was also great. There was ample bath towels and pool towels. Plenty of laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, and trash bags. This was our first time renting a house and we were extremely happy with everything. We will be coming back next year!
