I’ve stayed at other Westgate resorts and this one seemed like it was an older one. A few things to compare from the one in Orlando was we had a washer and dryer in the room, lotion wasn’t part of the toiletries either. They were really responsive to us needing more towels and other things though.

I think this property was wonderful and beautiful. However, I was under the impression when booking that the water park was included with the stay (which it was not. That was an additional charge). We were able to use all other pools on the property, but it was a bit deceiving, especially since I chose this property to book because I thought we could use the water park. That being said, I still absolutely loved the property and our time we had (even though the water park was never part of it).

Black mold but at least they sorry to a extent!

We was out got to room friday night no linen on My son bed. Blood on fridge, Kitchen floor soaked, Bathroom soaked Toilet leaks and shower. Called from 11pm-12:30am. Mgr was on the way never came. Sat am MGR. Came and took pictures for housekeeping to come in 1hr later. I cleaned fridge unfortunately. Reservation stated free waterpark passes. The resort had us walking all over to get them spent 2 hours. Called armed security on me and my kids. Watched us for 2 hours until the issue got fixed even thought they seen what my receipt stated. But didnt know who or where to get tickets. Waited from 6pm-9:45. For multiple employees to come and go but none could fix the issue in a timely manner! If the Wi-Fi worked it still sucked. Everyone was sorry and never offered a room switch or anything until. I had to pressure them respectfully. It was cheap motel stay. At high resort prices. Black mold everywhere. My kid was throughing up. Everytime we went in the room
