On booking with expedia it indicated that breakfast is included in the package only to be told on the first morning that its not a bed and breakfast, so we were left to scramble for breakfast plans since we had been relaxed about it. We stayed for 5 days and not once were the villas cleaned i.e bathrooms or bedding changed. Once you use the tub once or twice with minimum cleaning afterwards its not as nice.

We were not greated with a kind welcome. We received a room that over looked the back road way. The women who gave us the room said she gave us the best room for a 5 year old . I believe she was being sarcastic since the room was the last room 312 that look out of the road all night cars drove by and not much sleep. It did not feel as we were on a vacation. Also you had to pay to use the pool and only 1 restaurant was open over priced with no flavor. Took 45 min to get our food after 3 people sat after us and was served be for us. I felt we were treated as unwanted step child cuz we were not owners . They remined us everyday how we not owners. I would never want to own with treatment as such. Crazy i gamble in Las Vegas at the sister location this was why i chose this one. Never again !

Reception was poor. 12 agents serving 5 guests and the rest chatting, so you need to wait in line to check in. The assigned room was at a very remote location where its was very annoying to drive there because of so many turns to reach there. The room was clean but its bathroom was bigger than it. Staff (working not chatting) was polite and friendly, the gate security was very helpful and polite.

Well the floors were very dirty. My daughters socks were almost black from walking around the room. We booked a king size bed room and definitely was was a queen or possibly smaller. And the worst thing was our last day there we found 2 cockroaches in our bathroom
