I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The condo we rented was extremely clean when we arrived! We were also pleasantly surprised with the amount of room this condo offered; the pictures didn't do it justice. It was the perfect location, surrounded by the theme parks and right around the corner from Walmart. The pool and waterslides in this gated community were a favorite attraction for our 4 kids. We definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

If you are expecting clean, you might want to keep looking elsewhere

Arrived on Tuesday to find the linens soiled and the carpet filthy. Contacted property owner. New linens were delivered on Thursday and left on the table. We were notified that someone would be in to clean the carpet on Friday. We checked out this morning and the carpet remained soiled and stained. My family and I visit Disney every Christmas season. These accommondations were by far the most disappointing we have ever experienced.

Nice place! We loved the neighborhood. I enjoyed my morning walks around the property. We went to the pool everyday. Son didn’t want to leave the pool or splash zone. He enjoyed the castle playground. Everything was close to the property. Will be back here again when we visit Disney again.

The owner was very easy to reach prior to our travel dates, the on-site team dealt with any issues that came up. Great location, close to all amenities and theme parks. This condo was the perfect size for my husband and I.

Poor Cleaning!

When I first entered condo, everything seemed to be fine. When going to shower, there was no hot water; didn't get service until the morning after. Upon going to bed, linen had not been laundered; dust and hair covered the sheets on one of the queen beds. In the other room, urination was on one of the twin beds. All the bed linen had to be washed before sleeping on beds. Dining area only has seating for five when it should accommodate eight. Kitchen does not have sufficient pots to cook a full course family meal; dishes but no pots. Also, NO teaspoons at all! I don't believe the condo had been checked or cleaned since opened up from COVID.

We only stayed one night and had all adults. I walked down to the Sundries store and noticed the pool Area. Looked amazing for kids. Very relaxed aea. Secutiry is very tight. Guard gate follows all policies, so it made us feel very comfortable. Would stay again for sure

We booked a last minute stay and stayed here. We have stayed in this location before, not this specific property. The location was great. The condo was ok. As other stated, the beds were not super comfortable. Since we were only staying a few days we were ok. If I were booking a longer vacation, I would have preferred more comfortable beds. Also, the dining room table was extremely sticky. It was pretty gross as everything we put on their stuck. If I were the owners, I would want the people I used to look after the house to make sure everything was super clean. Overall, we had a good short stay,

Beds Need New Mattresses and Bedding

The location of this condo was very nice: very close to all the parks and any shopping facilities we needed. The amenities were fine as far as size of condo, bathrooms and room sizes were nice, the kitchen was fine for light cooking, plenty of closet space and storage. The onsite property manager was very helpful and easily reached to answer our questions about how to make the TV work. The resort itself was very nice with a great pool with slide area that all the kids there were enjoying. Beautiful landscaping made going for a walk so nice. BUT, and this is a big BUT, the beds were a disaster. The mattresses felt like laying on springs, poking us all over. What little sleep we were able to get left us so tired and sore all over. And the bedding was very worn out. The sheets had those little "pills" all over them making it feel rough on the skin. We only used the king and the two queens, so I can't review the twin beds. After long, full days at the Disney parks, the beds are very important for rest and we just didn't get rested at all. We even left a day early to begin our trip home, choosing to stay the last night in an economy hotel, where we described the beds as dreamy clouds after the week in the condo! If the owners improve the bed situation, then I would give this condo 5*s for the price and location. But as they are, I can only give it a 2* review. With new mattresses and bedding, I would definitely give this condo another try.

Not so impressed with the condo.....

If we were to rate just the Windsor Hills Resort, it would be an easy 5 stars!!! The amenities were outstanding, the place was very clean, and the staff were great. We love Windsor Hills and will always try to book all of our Florida vacations there. The condo however....was a bit disappointing. First let me say that we enjoyed the wall decorations (all Disney themed), they were beautiful. We loved the living room which had very comfortable furniture and plenty of seating. The screened in balcony was very pleasant and we spent several mornings out there sipping our coffee. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and adequate. Now let me say that the bedroom mattresses, especially the master bedroom, are in need of replacing. My husband laid down on the bed and immediately said, and I quote “This is like lying on a box spring!” I found as many blankets as I could and piled them on to help make it softer. That was ok for him but after two nights of tossing and turning I realized I would not be able to sleep in that bed. I spent the rest of the week sleeping in one of the single beds and even one night on the couch. None of the mattresses (except the two singles in the middle bedroom) are great but the one in the master bedroom is horrible. The place could also use some nicer, better fitting sheets. I did send a review just like this one to the property manager but I have not heard anything back. Windsor Hills aside, this condo will not be a do again for us.

Nice, quiet and close to everything

Very nice little condo with plenty of room and at a very reasonable price! The check-in and check-out procedure was very simple and everything was easy to find and simple to get to (not all locations in Windsor Hills are easy to drive to). Close to the front gate and the pool, and had lots of stuff for a family going to Disney. Definitely would stay again.

My kids loved all the Disney pictures and the Disney kids room, my oldest son said the beds were “the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in!”. We didn’t have to go far for groceries and the condo had everything we needed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
