This house, location and decor were perfect for our family trip! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Windsor Hills is a great place to stay…. Conveniently located to lots of things. Absolutely Perfect – Would Book Again in a Heartbeat!We had an incredible stay at this property and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and even better than the photos show.Highlights:• Cleanliness: Immaculate – probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Fresh linens, sparkling bathrooms, and no dust or issues anywhere.• Comfort: Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows, strong Wi-Fi, and the AC/heating worked perfectly.• Host Communication: Richard was fantastic – super responsive, provided great local recommendations.We felt right at home the entire time and truly hated to leave. The rooms looked amazing! You can really tell whoever did the wall decor gave it their all. It was beautiful. The pool was so relaxing and just the right temperature. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. And will definitely be back the next time we go to Disney world.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this phenomenal property. While we had several days at the Disney parks, our days spent “resting” were just as much fun! The home was beautifully decorated with ample room for all of us. We enjoyed being able to relax in the pool and hot tub. Having the three grandchildren it was certainly a bonus also having the playground right next door. Richard & Jeanne were so pleasant to work with, keeping open communication from the start of our planning until after our trip. We all certainly plan to continue making more memories at this home in the future.

House was great, spacious enough that 10 people weren't on top of each other, but not so big that we weren't able to spend quality time together. Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing! Pool was great, hot tub only stays hot when it's "on" - but it was great. Location to the playgorund for the littles was amazing (right next door). Would definately stay there again!

First, you couldn't ask to work with a better host. Richard and Jeanne were great. Very welcoming, always returned messages in prompt fashion, and provided excellent resources and suggestions. Would not hesitate to rent from them in the future. The house was great. The common areas were nicely decorated and well-maintained. We loved the themed decorations in all the common areas, as well as the bedrooms. As for the bedrooms, they were nicely laid out and so great that they each had its own attached bathrooms, which was a big plus. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Clean and well-maintained as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10. Thanks, Richard and Jeanne! We had a great vacation and loved your home.

We loved this house! My son is obsessed with Toy Story so the Toy Story room was definitely the highlight! The Harry Potter room was such an awesome design!! We arrived on our first night to find our remote was broken and couldn’t access the TV. Host overnighted a remote to make sure we had access the next day! Our pool was nice and heated! My only complaint was the trash bags were so thin that it ripped so just make sure to bring some extras like we did!We will definitely stay again on our next Disney trip!!

Great Trip!

The house meet all of our needs, we loved it. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed quickly. The kids loved the theme rooms and loved looking at the walls. The pool was great on the days we didn’t go to Disney and everyone had their own bathroom!

We loved our location, the amenities, and the rooms! Perfect for adults, kids and babies. Many conveniences for kids/babies, especially the travel crib, high chair, umbrella strollers, heated pool, and park right next door! Also especially loved 3 king bedrooms in addition to the bunk bedroom and queen bedroom. Convenient location and delivery services readily available (DoorDash, Instacart, etc). An amazing home all around!

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Great location and very responsive hosts. There are many restaurants and a Walmart nearby. The only issue we had was that the pool and hot tub heater were not working properly but the host refunded the money we paid for that service. All in all, a great place if you’re planning a Disney trip.

Wonderful family trip to Disney!

We had a wonderful week at Disney and at the villa! Highly recommend the extra cost for heated pool and spa as we used every night of trip and kids loved it! The game room and large tv in family room where hits with the kids! Very nice place with easy access to shopping, food and Disney! We loved it and Richard was very responsive!

Vacation Time

Adults and children will truly enjoy this tastefully themed home for their next vacation. Comfortable and clean. Great place

We had such a great time at this property. Just some slight issues with the front gate they can be a little annoying. My brother stopped by when we first arrived and was let in without any problems. On his second visit he was denied entry. But the owner and property manager help me out quickly.
