The space
Endless Summer Villa is fully furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 10 people comfortably.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property, consisting of one Master, with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and one mickey themed room with bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, includes all pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, coffee machine, toaster etc.
Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto beautiful screened in swimming pool.

This house is self catering -
We will be providing only starter kits for toiletries which include per bathroom 2 shampoo conditioner,2 body lotion, 2 bath soap, 1 shaving cream sachet, 2 shower caps, 1 tooth paste.
We will also be providing the below items for your convenience -
Coffee , Sugar, Salt , Pepper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher pods, dish scrub, paper towel, Washing machine powder, fresh linens and towels.

Optional pool heat is available for $40/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that.

Grill is available to RENT from our management company. Please let us know atleast 2 days before your arrival if you want one.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week . Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash bins outside the front door.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

The Guest will have the whole house to themselves and will also have access to all the resort amenities and clubhouse which is only a 1 min walk from the home.

Video Surveillance: The Property has exterior security cameras as part of a secured resort community and a ring video doorbell placed in the front of the doorbell of home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
