The house is stocked with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and a high chair, but sometimes you might want something larger. • The pool is South facing and features a large deck for lounging and new, upscale patio furniture. The surface of the pool is black, which helps to keep it even warmer when the sun is out. This private pool will be your ultimate family hangout location! With heating available at only $24/night! To save energy and due to rising energy prices, pool heating is turned off by default. If you would like pool heat, please let us know at least five days before arrival. It will take about 24 hours for the pool to get to the standard temperature of 86 degrees. If you let us know after you arrive, we will have to alert our management company, who will charge a TRIP FEE to turn it on.
• The living room has nice furniture as well as a large 4K Television with an upgraded cable package.
