Our spacious 1st floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath Abacos villa offers 1,232 square feet of space, and is ideal for the extended family vacationer. This villa is the epitome of relaxation with features such as private balconies and vaulted ceilings. The unit, and a second unit we looked at, were both covered in black mold. Every surface, I mean every, was covered in a fine dusting of mold. You could smell it when you entered. I have no idea how you could ever rent these two units. It was on all the furniture, the walls, the kitchen cabinet, the bed coverings, all the furniture. The owner quickly refunded our money but it was a very stressful situation trying to find a new place to stay.

Perfect for families!!

Condo is rather large and perfect for families! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. TVs are huge and modern. Having a washer and dryer while traveling is an awesome advantage. Property is nice, a little outdated, but pretty and quiet. Great place to wind down and not be stuck in large crowds of people. Pools are clean and nice. We will definitely come back! Candace is wonderful to work with and very kind.

Great Group Getaway

This property suited our needs very well. Plenty of room and very conveniently located and felt very safe. Lots of amenities available. Especially liked that it is on the ground level, so no lugging suitcases up stairs! Owners were easily accessible and very helpful. Hope to return in the near future!

Long stay

The condo was comfortable and was as advertised. The resort is very enjoyable place with all the pools, lakes and tradewinds restaurant. The only negatives is no access to fitness center and the noise from people above you can be irritating at times. Candice and Jerome are great host.

For the love home cooking on vacation.

Cookware needs work, saucepans either no lids or ill fitting. Muffin tray and pizza tray, no other, than two glass small dishes, one would struggle to cook a meal, assuming not everyone wants to eat out every night. Kitchen sink plug is broken. The owner did replace the faulty toaster, thank you.
