Check in experience was horrible though I am not sure who's at fault. The hotel or the 3rd party company. The 3rd party had to escalate to the hotel to get our rightful room of two beds cause I have 2 young kids 3 and 6 and 2 adults. The one they gave me initially was one bed focusing us to sleep on the floor. This was late at night after a flight with the kids already sick and just looking for some rest. Took until midnight to resolve and the reason given was they are out of rooms. I paid in full and have the two bed room confirmation from months ago. I don't understand this at all. The property and the room was really good though just the check in experience was horrid. Would not use Expedia or Wyndham again

The rooms were great and clean but no coffee makers or free coffee available. The front desk was confused and woke us up from sleep at 10:30 saying they had given one of us the wrong room and proceed to wake my 81 year old mother up from sleep by banging on her door. They later called to say they had given us one wrong room and we should have had a different room. When I told them we were not moving to the exact same class and style of room 6 doors down and to simply reassign the other guest to the other room they did so! Hard to believe they did not know which room they had assigned. This certainly made us more tired for our early morning flight.

Very clean and courteous staff, but didn’t advertise a parking fee until we arrived. The charge was $6, this was an unsecured parking lot and I only saw a tag in our vehicle, asked another guest on the elevator and they weren’t aware of a fee.
