Front desk personnel were great. I think you should remove the stickers from.the bathroom mirrors since they are not accurate (that say we change the towels /make bed daily) and you have to request room refreshing service. Otherwise, everything was great!

I stayed in other hotels in the area before but this one is the best so far. The area is safe and convenient, with some low level of noise due to its proximity to the highway but that was minor. One thing I did not like was the morning of the day of my arrival, I received as SMS from Wyndham to check in before I get to the hotel. I went through the process of checking in. At the end of the process, I was told that when I get to the hotel, all I will need to do is stop by the front desk, identify myself and pick-up the key/card to my room. To my great surprise, when I got to the hotel, the check-in agent made me go through the WHOLE thing again. I told him that I was already checked in and according to the Wyndham SMS that I had received all I needed to do would to stop at the front desk and pick up the card to the room. He insisted that I have to go through the whole process all over again. So, Wyndham wasted my time with their 'remote/advanced' check-in. I will never do it again. When I check in for my flight from home, when I get to the airport, I go straight to the departure gate of my flight.

Ok but wouldn’t choose this location again.

Our experience wasn’t great. The wait for the shuttle from the airport was too long and once picked up the driver stopped at another hotel to drop off takeout food to someone! This should have been done after dropping us off. The lobby looked nice and the front desk staff was pleasant. The hallway to our room was very warm, in July this is not a good thing. The room itself had an odor. It was late so we stayed. The shuttle to the airport was good. Overall I would give it an average rating, not horrible but not great either.
