BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.
Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
Parking Permits:
5 parking permits per home
Solterra Resort's new policy requires a one-time fee to gain access to the resort's amenities. If you wish to access the clubhouse amenities you will need to pay the resort a fee.
-groups with 1-12 people $35 one time fee
-groups with 13+ people $45 one time fee
This cost is paid to the resort upon your arrival, not to us.
