moderne Einrichtung, sehr gute Kücheneinrichtung, man kann gut kochen, gemütliche Sessel und Sofa, Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten.- Lage ist sehr laut, das Appartement liegt zwischen zwei Automatiktüren, von denen sich sich die eine sehr lautstark öffnet und schließt, und das sehr häufig am Tag. Die Straße davor ist trotz 30er-Zone stark befahren. Der Eigentümer, der über Wohnung wohnt, ist deutlich zu hören. Die Woh-nung hat viele kleine handwerkliche Schwächen: Fenster gehen nicht auf, Küchenlicht defekt, Türen nicht schließbar (Toilette!), Schranktüren sind schief, die Hebeschiebetür, die als Eingang dient, verklemmt sich, wenn man sie schließen möchte, so dass man die Wohnung nicht abschließen kann (!). Dadurch steht das Apartment faktisch immer offen. Die Dusche wirkt sehr abgenutzt. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist weit und fußläufig nicht möglich.

Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte superbement aménagé et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. A réserver sans hésiter pour qui veut découvrir les environs !
