Welcome to your cozy Orono getaway! This recently remodeled 3 bedroom + office home sits in a quiet dead end neighborhood and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with 3 queen bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the office! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 3 off street parking spaces, and easy self check in. Just 2 minutes to I-95 exit 191 and 7 minutes to the University of Maine, 5 minutes to downtown Orono, and only 10 minutes to Bangor. The perfect home base for your Maine stay!

•The home is all on one level once you enter. Please note that there are 3 steps leading up to the entrance of the home.

• The pull out sofa bed (sleeps 1) is located in the office. Please message me if you need any instructions on setting it up!

When the sofa bed is in use, the office can be closed off and used as a private sleeping area with its own separate entrance. If you’re not using the sofa bed, you can leave the French doors open, creating a spacious master suite style area that connects the office/living space with the large Bedroom 1 next door.

•Smart TV with Roku for easy access to your favorite streaming apps and entertainment.

•A public transit bus stop is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood, with service available Monday–Friday.
