The building is 450m. from the beach in 2nd line. It has community pools, adults and children over 20 ml and playground, garden areas, garage in 1 basement and storage. Very quiet urbanization ideal for resting and even passing all the services of the Marina D´or complex.

You can enjoy the sea and the mountains, near the Natural Park of the Desert of Les Palmes or the Prat de Cabanes in Torreblanca, diving in Columbretes Islands, old town of Oropesa, etc.

Lovely Apartment

This was a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with views of the sea and mountains. It came fully equipped. It is situated at the end of Marina D'or so is nice and quite but not too far away from the beach and restaurants/bars. Lovely pool area. Very quiet in the day. Was very easy to get a sun lounger and relax. I would happily stay here again.

Location très agréable

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cette résidence calme. Le logement est très bien conçu et très fonctionnel. Le fait d'être au 5ème étage atténue beaucoup le bruit de la circulation. La plage à 10 mn à pied est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons constaté que le taux de remplissage des immeubles n'était que d'environ 50 % mais je pense que c'est particulier à cette année. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (Valence, Péniscola, ...).

Tranquilidad y descanso absoluto.

Juan, nos atendió fenomenal explicando todo muy bien. No nos quedó ninguna duda. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. La piscina fantástica una temperatura ideal. Apartamento tranquilo y muy cerca del Mercadona. Recomendado 100%.
