For shared use: terraced garden (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Stepped path (50 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises, communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars.
