An enchanting country house with a swimming pool and a view on the Umbrian countryside. At only ten
minutes from the center of Orvieto (8Km), it is an ideal place for a vacation that combines relax and cultural
tourism. The Santa Caterina property is located in an area that is rich in history and art, in natural beauty
and in culinary delights.
The farmhouse is divided into two completely independent units, each measuring 180 square meters (1935
square feet). One part is our country house and the other is up for rentals and guests. Each unit has its
garden, its patio and a pergola overlooking the valley in front of the house. The Walnut House is a two-
story structure and it is the part for rent. On the ground floor, there a large open space that comprises a
living room, a dining area and a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen. Also on the ground floor, there is
double room with a bathroom. On the second floor there are two large double rooms - one of which with a
private bathroom -, a third room with a single bed (plus a queen size futon on the loft) and a large
bathroom.
The swimming pool, with comfortable steps on the inside, is 12 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. It
overlooks a vast panoramic view of the valley below.
