This recently remodeled Knolls unit features two master suites, a screened in deck overlooking the water, new flooring and new counter tops. The first Master Suite features a King bed, a small deck and a private bath. The second Master Suite features a King and a Queen bed, access to the main screened deck and a private bath. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with a Full trundle underneath and adjacent, pass-through bath.
Recently updated with new flooring, kitchen counters, paint, furniture and a new electric fireplace. You will enjoy the screened deck which overlooks the lake on the cove side of the complex (no longer has a grill). In addition to this nicely appointed unit, you will have access to two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), tennis courts (also indoor and outdoor), a playground, club house, lake swimming and the complex also features their own boat launch and trailer parking.
The Knolls is located on Baydy Peak Road just of State Road KK in Osage Beach about a mile from the Margarita Ville Resort and just a short drive from plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions and more! This unit includes a 10 x 24 boat slip as part of the rental.

Great Condo on the Lake!!

Beautiful remodeled condo on the Lake! Screened porch was a wonderful, such a great breeze. Spacious, relaxing kitchen, living room. Only thing I wished they supplied would be hair dryers in bathrooms.... The guys were originally sold on the patio refrigerator, but was locked on arrival. Overall great place to stay. Beautiful, quit, relaxing!!
