Not handicap friendly

Beautiful location and view. Not a handicap accessible location by any means - not if you want to be able to access the whole property, ie, the pool/hot tub. The handicap room we were put in was far from the elevator and the carpet was pulled up in several areas making it difficult to walk but it was still a beautiful location, staff were amazing, clean and spacious. I loved that there was a shower bench in the room - I got to take a great shower. Just hated we didn’t get to relax in the hot tub

The scenery is great, but the building needs a serious upgrade. The shower would go from warm to scalding, so watch out. They charge extra for refrigerators and cribs. The carpeting in the rooms needs to be replaced or shampooed badly.

Used to be nice!

In it's early days this place had to have been top notch. It has been there a while I'm guessing lol. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom area is definitely in need of some upgrades. Even the color of the bathtub was worn off. The toilet seat was maybe an original. We found a pizza crust under the tv stand. It was pretty simple.

This place needs some real time updates and some better cleaning. 1 of the towels in my room smelled like straight fish, the latch lock was broken, mold in the shower, had to hold the button for rhe toilet to flush, a/c refused to get the room cold, curtains were a nightmare to figure out, and there was no way I was going to eat there if they cant do the little things right. I was co.plwtely shocked.

This is a luxury resort that needs a facelift. Faded glory. Nothing horrible, just a little sad. Hopefully someone will make the investment necessary to make it the place to be again.

I feel like 30 or so years ago this was probably the best Resort in the area. It's run down out of date and frankly I wouldn't stay again. Hot tub was out of order. Indoor pool was murky. Coffee was not available for purchase at hotel when we arrived or when we left. Front desk staff was not very friendly. .. I was disappointed.

They ran out of different food options only after an hour into the designated breakfast time. Was old and outdated, the pool had glass in it and had to be drained. The glass came from the old glass tiles around the pool that were breaking off.
