A fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room, and a screened in deck with a beautiful lake view! This home is perfect for large groups or families! Smart TVs throughout home, Wi-Fi, and kitchen appliances/condiments included. Two community pools for renters to use. Margaritaville amenities at your disposal for additional cost directly to Margaritaville. What's special about us? We donate 5% of our annual proceeds to a charity near and dear to us, Brett's First Responders!
