早くに予約し、民泊利用が初めてのため、利用日が近づいて聞きたいことがエクスＡＩに連絡しても解決しなかった。
一週間前にかぎの手続きについて連絡あったが、不安が大きかった。2週間前には連絡が欲しい。
次回、民泊利用するか難しい。
