Overall it's good but we were assigned to the street facing room and there were people yelling on the street EVERY SINGLE NIGHT until past midnight. Room carpet was sticky.

Great stay

The place is great. Narrow like most rooms in Japan but enough space for what we needed. The location is excellent, it’s a 5 minute walk to the metro station and there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The place is super nice! Small, but that was expected. And we loved that there was a kitchenette and a washer in the room, they were extremely useful. Communication through the Expedia chat was fine, but their recommended chat didn’t work for me. Also, check in was a bit bumpy but they solved everything through the Expedia chat. Also, just a heads up: everything in the room is in Japanese only, so be sure to have a translator app. Overall a great experience

Very close to transport, shopping and the Osaka Tower. The room is a bit small for 4 people, but you are in Japan, so that is a very standard size.
