Such a beautiful hotel, spacious room with lovely seating to capture the view. Onsen was very nice, great views and good facilities. Lounge was a good spot to have a drink. Reception on 17th floor. Great location in central Osaka.

This is our second time staying here. The onsen is fantastic. As is the executive lounge. We only wish the behaviour of some of the guests was more refined.
